I’d like to welcome you and express my compassion , love and support for this beautiful and fragile time in your life. Rest assured you are in great care here. I offer non-medical palliative care, that focuses on support holistically & spiritually to ease pain, discomfort, and reduce stress. I’ll be helping you and your loved ones to have the highest quality of care possible. Guiding you with unconditional support as you are bringing in new life, including yours or their journey transitioning into the end of life experience.
Even if you or your loved one isn’t giving birth or experiencing the end of life, I’m also available for those who are suffering from anxiety and depression. You will receive the necessary support and attention you need during your difficult time.
Im here to bridge the gap between life and death with love, and holding space for you in your time of need. Im here to empower you and your family to help smoothly navigate life through these impactful events. With my support, your beliefs, needs and desires are my priority.

My Experience
I have been a Life & Death Counselor for since 2019. This is what brings me happiness, knowing I am fulfilling my purpose by helping others find peace and healing in all areas of their lives.
I am a Life Coach, Spiritual Advisor & Mentor, and a self-published Author. I also offer Grief Counseling, Individual and Family Advocacy, as well as being my communities Birth & Death Doula.
I believe a plan should always be in place when you first receive information for your official diagnosis, even when these things come up unexpectedly. Your palliative care is just as important as your medical treatment plan.
We often forget that our peace of mind, body and soul’s care is priceless luxury.
When you are in need of comfort, care, love and support in life or death- even if you just need a companion to hold space for you or your loved ones, i’ll be there.
